Opted for hair services from the salon. My experience has been great, gaurav sir is very polite and helping, his suggestions and styling has helped me to get satisfying colour services as expected. The Staff is very courteous and understanding. They listen to client and establishes good rapport. More staff and helpers can help to work on time issues and services completion early to save client time. Overall great work keep it up team

This is the worst experience by far has been experienced with any of the beauty salon. The so called "Look & Like salon" doesn't show working ethics. We experience a nightmare experience here. My wife went to this salon and got burnt with wax. It could have become more worse. Inspite of continuous alerts by my wife to the service provider, she was repeatedly doing the same mistake again. Jyoti (Service) provider has been stopped by my wife forcibly - as she has applied hot wax 3 times. Without checking the temperature of the same. My wife came back to home saying - that she will resume her rest of the services tomorrow as she was very upset with the service and hence didn't pay the money. However on reaching home, she experienced a huge boil emerged out of the skin where hot wax was applied. She was in pain due to burn injury. I tried to reach owner - She yelled at me saying that she hasn't payed the amount. And asked me if I want to add that as well in google review, then let's do that.On asking why she is talking like that, she said - I will speak like this. Well this is a kind of attitude of customer oriented business?. Further I got a call from the salon that - the service provider has been removed and owner wasn't aware about the whole situation. Few things to call out: 1. Staffing problem is not a customer problem, fix it!, I was told that owner was not in good mood due to her staffing issues and she may have behaved rudely/inappropriately when I called to check the reason of this incompetent and negligent working services. Is customer need to bear the mood swings here :-) ? 2. It's not a matter of money, it's a matter of how one knows or want to retain its customer, so one should have skilled and experienced resources. Do not experiment on the customers and blame them that money isn't given. What I should pay for - burning my wife arm? really? 3. In response to this, Sorry! will not work. This is sheer negligence and incompetent work. There is not work ethics and any manners to talk to understand customer's issue. 4. Big lights and infra doesn't make you master of this field. Have a skilled resources and be kind to them and customers. The owner hung up the phone on me and while trying again, No answer! I won't recommend this salon to any of the people who wants any services. Salon services are very critical and sensitive in nature when it comes to customer's skin and being comfortable. We go to salon to get ourselves pampered not get stressed!. This cannot be treated as novice or person who wants to experiment on. Please beware and careful! I wish :-( could be there instead of star!

Took package of facial, waxing, brows and upper lips. Was good experience Staff is so polite and helping Package rate is so genuine and gave complimentary head wash plus blow dry Overall awesome experience Loved it....

It's a beautiful saloon with good quality services & polite staff, m really happy with the services, they do good waxing, facial nd provide me very gud services. M taking their services from last 4 years hope this relationship lasts long.
