Buildings are maintained very well so that they look comparatively new. The security staff is very helpful and the residents are very welcoming. A very friendly neighborhood and a McDonald's cafe is just beside, it feels like it's a part of this residency.
Nice place ..it is near by majiwada.. at the entry point of Lodha Complex Thane west, situated near by Thane Nasik Highway. there is no issue for parking ..available big space for parking .. if ur coming from ghodbander side or mumbai side u have to take service road from maji wada .. inside boulevard so many businesses like restaurants located at top floor..ground floor there is McDonalds which is major attraction There are a few local small businesses as well that operates from the mall premises.
The mall is a bit disappointing. The escalator wasn't working, but there is a lift here. Even the Air conditioning was not functioning. There are a few stores and some food stalls outside the mall. The MacDonald's here is quite huge, it even has a drive through option.
The mall is having McaD, Salon's and few shopping center. Major attraction is Roadhouse pub and Karaoke signing club
Ample free parking on the street outside the building, easily accessible from the highway, approach roads are not maintained well, escalator is not working, lifts are available, building is well maintained inside.
