This apartment was recommended by my Family friend .. he usually stays here for his business visits! was an easy access to all the places in Chennai. It has become like our second home.. great hospitality, friendly service, trustable place, neat rooms and good breakfast! All the staffs were kind and nice. Special thanks to Mr Vadivel for their dedicated service and friendly, Keep it up.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful manager Mr.Vadivel and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room was comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Everything was nice. Very nice and cooperative staff. Rooms were clean. Regular housekeeping service. Accessible by public transport. Safe and reliable place. Tasty food bu Oily. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

A short walk from Music academy, the stay was pleasant. Staff good. Cleanliness good. Wifi connectivity good. They don't have a functional resturant. But they do have a make shift galley and food may be ordered to room. Food was tasty and well prepared. The complimentary breakfast is simple but satisfying. Pricing could be cheaper. Particularly when the duration of stay is longer, and when the place doesn't have 100% occupancy.

The present rooms have been renovated in a proper way. The Room service is quite good since we had our complimentary breakfast with tea and ordered our dinner. The service is good and the reception manager Mr.Vadivel is very friendly and helpful, it will be a good place to stay.

Great location for going around within Mylapore area. The staff members are helpful and well behaved. The Front Office was very supportive during our stay. Car parking facility can be improved. Overall we are satisfied and can confidentally recommend any family for stay here.

Stayed here for more than 3 weeks. Safe place to stay. Mr. Vadivel and the receptionist were very polite and helpful. I must thank Mr. Vadivel, for bringing the doctor immediately to attend my wound , and did first-aid, which I got due to small accident in the road. Food was tasty and hygienic. Prime location. Hotel was clean and pest free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay to those people who wants safety, hygiene food, clean rooms etc.,

Located at a convenient place. Friendly staff at reception to allot room quickly. Facility for room service available. Areas that need Improvement for me use this facility again..1. Quality of linen and towels need to improve a lot. Bed was not comfortable especially due to the linens possibly not washed to best hygiene. 2. Towels quality and wash quality very poor and mot hygienic.. 3. Bathrooms have very minimal convenience even no soap holders. Broken facilities and poorly maintained fittings. 4. Step in to bathroom makes safety an issue. 5. Window type poorly maintained AC very noisy and controls not working. Overall rooms are not at all worth the money I paid. 6. The night from 1130 onwards heavy noise from outside not allowing me to sleep at all. When tried to call reception at 0030 hrs only security answered and was not sure what to do nor he knew whom to call. Wonder how an emergency will be managed as i did not get any info what number to call. Rooms are not sound proof and hence I had to face internal AC noise and Externally from some other source. Overall a bad experience. I am sure the management will use my candid views to Improve the facility quickly
