I was 95 kg whem i joined lifetime fitness.. And now i am 73 kg, i have lost 22 kg since past 5 months. This weight loss challenge of mine could have been impossible without lifetime fitness. The interesting fact about this fitness center is that, it is hygienic, well maintained, there is a bunch of equipment for our needs. And also the gym is unisexual, PT is also available. Thank you
