Lifestyle is a wonderful store for shopping. Nice atmosphere. Seating arrangements, trial room, escalator, Billing desk etc. is here. Good number of stock is available for Mens, Women's, kids. You will get Shirt, T Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Perfume, Belt, Bag, suitcase, Lingerie and many more items of various Brands here. Staff members are very cooperative and helpful. Card payment is accepted here. Price is comparatively reasonable.
They have a really good collection and lot of variety. Especially in clothing. Trial rooms were not crowded. Good bedding collection. Crockery section was also impressive. Festive specific items like diyas and decoration was also on sale. They have kids and men's clothing as well. Footwear, cosmetics, kitchenware, etc.
Attendent at kids jerking products counter helped to choose good product and notified me about applicable discount which was mentioned at counter bof products. However, when I went to billing counter and reminded for discount with billing, they kept me waiting for 20-25 minutes. Thereafter, checking with their different superiors, they replied me as discount applicable from next day and not on present day. That is really bad service which I experienced and made my son unhappy. It was my first visit to lifestyle outlet in Seasons mall of Hadapsar, but I regret as it will be my last visit to lifestyle outlet.
Since 2008 I m customer of lifestyle bt this time the staff was very arrogant bcause I asked to my child to fetch some water I asked floor manager mrs.arati gawade bt she told us I arogant way & came running on my wifes body I m taking legal action against lifestyle & staff also because of them we argued & my child started crying such worst experience of my life I lodged police before that I asked her to apologise but she didn't and complaint about me to the police
Pathetic staff at Trial room today. Every time I go to trail room a different staff standing and asking multiple questions to me and my kid before entering and exiting the trail room. They talked rudely with my son as he was carrying small bag for his snacks. My question to them is why don't they issue token and collect the bags at the entrance if they feel so unsafe or doubtful about customers. Second time the other staff said , you have to carry the token displaying number of cloths you are carrying inside.. Third time the staff was asking that are you going to buy all of these cloths ..I did not get what that mean. Lastly when i went after i got my trouser altered again they started asking some rubbish questions. there is no consistency, and every staff has their own ways and rules of working .Very poorly managed staff and store. They don't know what they are doing.
