I come here on weekends as it's very far from my place. I don't miss a day as they train very well based on your requirement. After moving to every gym in city, I can confidently say the trainers here are best as they give you the attention you require. Other facilities like steam, providing hot/cold/normal water is very convenient. Timings are flexible too.

Best equipment and good trainers. I was assigned to the trainer surender. He takes care of his clients very well and give confidence and motivation. The gym has all types of equipment and also cardio facilities and cleanly maintained.

Best gym with excellent equipment, in this locality.It is very near to my so ,i came for walkin,center manager who helped me join ,the staff and management are responsible and friendly,trainers are well certified and helpful in workouts,my trainer surender Anna ,he is a good trainer with good knowledge.

My Favorite Workout gym tracker. I have been using this workout place for almost 1 year and it's really made my health & strength fit with all experienced trainers (Surya Narayana, Naresh, Prashanth, Shiva, Sridhar, Surrender & Sudhakar) are very friendly staff & management who made myself confident.

I have been to many gyms in the past but none of them can match lifestyle fitness. There are two seperate spaces for weight training and crossfit with general training and personal training choices. Its been 2 weeks and I already feel this is the best gym I have trained in.

Have been going here since January, they have advanced equipments and the trainers are really good especially priyanka, if you in near kothapet do try this gym for sure.
