No time management by Dr. Vindhya Joshi. The ladies at the reception are absolutely useless and of no help. As soon as you arrive they will collect the doctor's payment and then make you wait for hours even if you have a prior appointment. I visited today with my wife, she was in pain and we had taken an appointment on the phone, still they made us wait 1.5 hours. The doctor needs to pay attention to this and make a proper system so that patients' time is not wasted. It's disheartening to see that Dr. Vindhya Joshi is least bothered about her patients.
I'm giving one Star for their management skills. Dr vindhya is amazing doc but she and her team don't value their patients timings Even after taking appointment a day before they'll Still make you wait for 2-3 hours.. Controlling your urine for so long is not good. The married lady in reception told me to drink water it's your number after 2 patient and later I got to know there are 4-5 patients before me because they're her known And it was unbearable for me to control urine then as sooon as my number came the doctor went for lunch Honestly this is not acceptable If you're giving appointment then please value your patients time
Very worst experience. I had taken telephonic appointment day before yesterday for ultrasound.when we reached there (yesterday).there was no Any appointment. But the scnerio was not about the appointment.when we reached at reception for our ultrasound report one nurse was there she told to the patient "your baby is not well he has problem in kidney as well as lungs.your have to abort your baby". our patient was literally crying nurse's reaction was very rude same day. we approached to another one for clearing our doubt and the report was totally normal. I m not pointing out someone or any institution body. I only would like to say if U belong to medical staff you must have knowledge how to react with patent, how to deal with paitent.and please improve your staff quality.if sombody call you to fix his appointment don't neglect.and if you have no any knowledge what that report is saying don't be shy in front of patent to improve your dignity. becz your reaction can be harm for another one Worst experience I don't want to visit again.
Went there for an ultrasound and also took the appointment a day before but there was no such management for the appointments. They , who had a reference from some known hospitals ( jaha inki commission fix hoti hai) were given the priority. I didn't have my ultrasound there so I can't say about the results. But extremely poor management and really bad experience. Not recommended at all

Extremely disappointed by the services . I took an appointment a day before , reached there exactly on time .. they told us to wait for another hour which we patiently did but even aftter that i didnt get a chance for my ultrasound. The bladder was full which should be considered but no.. being a doctor and seeing this kind of management really disheartens me.
