We consulted Dr Thinesh (Orthopaedic surgeon) for a family member's elbow replacement. Doctor was very kind and good. The nurses were very kind and Never hesitated to help and were available immediately. All the process from the admission to discharge was carried with ease and effortlessly. All the staff were very helpful, be it for insurance paperwork or any other queries, they answered with ease and in a friendly manner. The staff arranged all the consulting with other doctors as and when necessary and went out of the way to make sure the needful was done. Hospital was well equipped and pre surgery testing process was seamless. No unnecessary tests were taken at any point. Rooms were well maintained and tidy. Post care wait time was also very less. Appointment times were well kept. Hospital premises are very clean (no smell of disinfectant). Thank you everyone for helping us and helping our family member recover fast.
I had a recurring problem for which there was no diagnosis. I was referred to Lifeline Hospital where I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Nanthini ( Plastic Surgeon) who not only diagnosed the issue but also performed my surgery successfully . She was patient enough to listen to my questions and made sure that I received the highest level of care and helped me with my post surgical consultation and post op care. Thanks to her I am free of the issue. With her as your doctor you don't have to worry about anything as long as we follow up on her advice. Thanks a lot Dr. Nanthini
I had an exceptional experience at this hospital during my recent hernia repair surgery on the right side. One aspect that truly stood out was the economical rates they offered without compromising on the quality of care. They provided clear and detailed information during the entire process, ensuring that I was well-informed and knew what to expect at each step of the process. They never proceeded with any additional treatments or procedures without obtaining approval from the patient and family members which is a very nice gesture and hard to find in other hospitals. I had to take a few tests before my surgery. The staff from the lab were very kind and helpful. Having mentioned about my problem with blood sickness they made a lot of arrangements. Babitha from PRO dept was very kind that she even provided her seat when I was waiting for my scan. Dr. Anirudh was not only highly experienced but also incredibly kind. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, which made a significant difference in my overall experience.
Consulted with Dr.Raj Kumar last week and I was so surprised to see how down to earth he was, Doctor is one of the best GI doctor's in India, he was very through with the diagnosis and gave me all the confidence that i needed after i met him. Hospital is very well maintained and staff are extremely friendly.

I'm writing this post with deep regret and hurt. I had the worst experience with this hospital. I cannot solely blame the hospital; it was the doctor whom I was consulting, Dr. Shuba. I came across Dr. Shuba's profile on Instagram, where she stated that she's a registered nutritionist as well. The videos and content created by her really made me believe that she was kind and could help me. However, I was wrong. Dr. Shuba appears to be very money-minded. I've been diagnosed with IBS by my previous doctors. I have undergone every type of test, from scopes to CT scans and blood draws. Every single test so far has yielded nil results. I told her clearly that I needed help managing my IBS, particularly with diet. Still, she insisted on retaking tests, especially endo and colonoscopy. As a gastroenterologist, shouldn't she know when a patient is supposed to take a certain type of test, especially when the previous results were nil? She told me directly that she can't help me if I'm against retaking the tests and charged me 1200, including the registration fee, only to convey this. I had two sessions with her. In the first session, she mentioned giving me a certain type of tablets. If my symptoms improved, it must be IBS. I felt better and mentioned this in my second session, but she lost her cool and again suggested retaking the tests. She was rude and didn't answer any of my questions. She kept insisting I visit her again for the next session. I'm only 23 years old, and I went to her for tips on managing IBS. I don't understand how doctors assume people can afford repeated tests. This experience has been mentally distressing for me. Dr. Shuba is the rudest doctor I've come across. She didn't provide an explanation for retaking the tests or answer any of my questions. It was the worst doctor experience. Because of doctors like her, people lose hope and confidence in seeking help. I don't know if I'll ever be able to consult another doctor. I agree with doctors asking for test repeats, but some explanation and clarity would be appreciated. To the doctors out there, we patients are already vulnerable enough; please don't worsen our vulnerability. Please be kind.
I had a wonderful experience at the hospital thanks to the exceptional faculties. Dr. Bhaviya who came from go physio who was extremely friendly and warm and she made me comfortable in every way possible . She is one of the reason for my fast recovery because I followed everything she told and thanks to other doctors too
My mom has been admitted to the hospital last week for varicose vein problem. We don't know where to treat her but our one of the client suggested this hospital where they will take care. All the staffs are really good and friendly in nature. Nice environment and they are very excellent in maintaining the hygiene. Food is very much similar like we prepared in home. Excellent service. Thanks for all the staffs.
