Excellent facilities, plenty of trainers if you need a hand. The only downside is the music that's on full blast but then I don't frequent public gym and perhaps this is the norm. Update: Returned 6 months later and noticed a water fountain has been installed and they've deployed someone to wipe down equipment with sanitiser after each use- even better!

One of the best gyms in town, if not the best. Ample number of trainers who are experienced, approachable and professional are available along with the latest machines in the market all at a very economical fee.

When we choose a Gym; first of all we need to check their equipments-availability and Good trainers. Its a wonderful Health club in Calicut. All of the Trainers are very friendly. So my choice was correct.

It's a best place for workout and the beautiful ambience make us more relaxed and stress-free.They provide good quality machines.And above these no words about the trainers;their careing, friendly approach, systematic and strict training etc. It's speechless just experience it.
