I had gone for address change. The staff are very helpful and prompt in service. They deserve appreciation.

Good office with good staff. They will explain everything about lic policies, premiums loans repayments etc. But the waiting time is more I don't like that.

office maintenance is too bad .suffocating & dusty area .too bad service. all old people why not recruit youngsters for faster service ??

As usual best job one can get in india, nobody bothers about customer, almost every employee chit chating and enjoying. They also forgot their salaries come from customers pocket only. Privatisation is the only key.

Personnel dealing with cases were very cooperative, well acquainted with the working system and very humble.
