The receptionist (girl) is very rude in behaviour. They are not authorised service provider still they will force you to opt for home service (Technician will charge for coming to your home). Very unprofessional and cheap.

DONT GO HERE TO FIX YOUR AC/MICROWAVE/WASHING MACHINE OR ANYTHING ELSE. THESE GUYS SCAM PEOPLE. Very bad service. During the time of requesting the service they said they'll charge Rs350. But after the service they forced me to Rs600. The guy on the phone could not resolve this issue and was very rude and arrogant. He said "Sir 350 rupay me kuch hota hai khin aajkal". Then why trap customer by asking them a moderate price at first and the actually charging them a very high price. Also they don't give you an actual bill (for the service and for any component they replace). They just simply write on a piece of paper and give it to you as "bill". The service people were very unprofessional and rude. Overall it was a horrendous experience. And I would strongly suggest against them.

The technicians are NOT PROFESSIONAL, not having good knowledge. They only know how to replace a whole set of parts (instead of finding the actual issues). Everyone knows if you replace certain big parts from your machine then it will certainly work -- but it will cost huge. The role of a good technician is to find the exact fault and repair it with minimum replacement and cost. Also, the technician is having the habit of LYING. Please tell the truth always. Customer will certainly understand your JHUT in time. You feel yourself smart as the customer did not catch you at that moment -- but time is the ultimate teacher! Don't cheat the customers. Try to improve service quality and most importantly, FAITH. Otherwise, your business will suffer largely.

We got the thermostat repaired in our refrigerator 2 weeks back and door of the deep freezer was also replaced.After 2 weeks we were facing some issue with the same refrigerator but these people were constantly denying that they did not provide any service and was constantly disconnecting the call and suddenly did not respond to any of our calls,avoiding us for what reason I don't know.The representative who provided the service did not provide any reciept of the payment done to him INR 1400/- (Paid by Gpay to Wakar Yunus).They are so unprofessional,unresponsive and only behind money making.Plz be aware from these frauds.

Very bad service and vary rudely behavior

First I registered my service request using LG Service app. I received a call next day from the service guy who was supposed to attend to my service. We fixed a time but he did not turn up. After some time, I called him to ask why he did not come . He made some lame excuses and requested me to agree for the next day. I agreed and asked him to call me at 11:00 am and fix a time to come for repairing my microwave oven. But he did not and even did not respond to my calls. Then I complained on toll-free number and told them the irresponsible behaviour of the service guy and gave them his name & phone no. They promised to send another executive next day. As promised by LG, my complaint was attended to next day to my satisfaction.
