Really big brand but cheating with customers with its hidden policy. They said they have it's own lows beyond the indian customers low. As per suprem court of India. If u return the product in same condition as you brought, seller's has to pay money back to customers but levis india don't follow the indian low. Highly disappointed with customers service. Never return back
okay, so hear me out on this one. I went to the store today, in my casual wear. but the moment i entered the store, the staff was looking at me like I'm some poor man or chhapri. They were legit starring at my chappals (classic kolhapuris) first for good few moments. Then my jeans, and then my cap. Secondly, i tried some jeans, were good, but then while trying out in the changing room, the staff was right on my head questioning around. and it wasn't just me, they were being on other people's heads too. buzzing around like a bee. didn't liked that attitude though, i don't like someone keep standing on my head asking around about the product. if I'll like it, I'm gonna buy it. I was pretty much determined to buy a good pair of jeans from the store, but the constant judgemental looks from the staff made me cancel that decision. Never in my life going again. And you shouldn't too, where these employees judges you by the choice of clothes you wear. A customer is a customer, no matter how they look and dress. so watch out if you want to go there
Aabsolutely disappointing and pathetic services, I had given a denim worth Rs. 6000 for alteration (reducing length), which is completely out of use post alteration as the store staff simply cut the the denim bottom and folded, the jeans no more look like a levi's one. I feel that any local tailor could have done better than what they have done.
3 rd class discount offer.... discount offer available only 1 time shopping but when we exchange the product .... discount not refundable on exchange... it's all about making foolish to customer
