This is really one of the best gym. It's one of the oldest gym in Jammu. It's well maintained and is well equipped with latest machines. Professional trainers are also available. Cleanliness is maintained and basic facilities like drinking water, bathroom are also available. Really a good place for gains and workout.
Gym is small/average.. I ate eggs and mouth freshener outside the gym. One of the trainer walked up to me and asked not to enter the gym if I ate something. I was like my life my rules, so I did not join the gym. Mark that I was not eating anything in the gym or premises..I ate outside the gym.. Just some rude arrogant people running the gym
