Worst gym ever.
No decline chest press bench. Small cable machine, cannot be comfortably used by two people simultaneously. Improper dumbells, max dumbell is 30kgs only. Rods are faulty, bent and have inaccurate weight distribution. Gym is small and congested; no separate space for performing squats and deadlift simultaneously, only one can be done at a time.
The owner is very impolite, egoistic and disrespectful; behaves childishly and cries over small things. You can't use treadmill for more than 20 minutes or workout for more than 1.5 hours.You cannot use chalk or lift heavy. He often breaches the agreement and doesn't even return the full money.
This gym seems more like a child amusement park, not suitable for intermediate or advanced lifters. Certainly not worth your money.
Its a local Gym in Gautam Nagar, Maintained by Mr.Rajesh Lodhiwal, his nephew Mr.Arun and a staff member Mr.Shahrukh.
If we compare it to another prominent local gym Body culture Fitness Centre, it has various Pros and Cons
Pros:
1)Trainers are very helpful.
2)The equipment for weight training is new and top notch.
3)Great Ambience.
4)Satisfactory Ventilation.
5)Cold/Hot/Normal Drinking water available.
Cons:
1)Total carpet area of the gym is less. During peak evening hours, it gets crowded sometimes.
2)Only two Treadmills for Cardio.
Timings are 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Membership Fee - 2000 per Month. Discounts offered for membership of greater than 3 month duration.
Worst gym dumbbells are poor the bars are bent and owner is pathetic.
The trainer is not a well behaved person with a big and loud mouth.
Absolutely amazing and affordable gym in Gautam Nagar.The trainer is really good if you are willing to work hard.Trust me you won't regret joining it (esp.for women).

Worst gym with a ill mannered,money minded sardar as gym instructor.Bad behavior to both females and males and costlier than other nearby gym in gautam nagar,Delhi.
Machines are good and the best part is the owner/trainer. I have been working out from a long time now but the result I received in this gym's regime is commendable.
