Definitely a Flagship store, lots of variety of frames on display. Good range of sunglasses for a variety of activities from casual to snow boarding. They have you covered in frames of different materials from metal, plastic to titanium as well as styles suitable for casual, work, outdoors etc. they even have a special section for kids with bright colours and funky styles. Picked out a nice pair of glasses from their lenskart air range and was impressed with how extremely light weight they were as well as the comfortable fit. Before going in for the lenses you can opt for an eye check so that you can ensure you are getting an up to date number on the lenses you order. The eye check up was thorough and is done at the store itself so it's super convenient. After the eye test it was time to pick out the lenses. They have a couple of different packages ranging from basic lenses to more advanced ones with UV protection. One of the higher options even offered an anti glare for night time driving which is a pretty nifty feature to have. Being the festive season there were some great offers too. Got a good deal with a decent discount. You can opt for an in store pick up or choose to get your frames delivered home for a nominal delivery fee. Definitely recommend visiting this flagship store for the range and variety on offer is incredible.

This store is quite spacious, but the collection is not so impressive. Lots of old frames were still there. Lack of fresh arrivals. Although the staff is quite supportive and knows what they're doing.

This is the worst experience of my life at a Lenskart store. I have visited Lenskart store at 4 different places previously but haven't faced such a situation I came at 7:10 and now its 9:45 and struggling to complete my billing since last 1 hr. The store is highly understaffed, there's absolutely none to assist you and you are on your own to choose your stuff. Store wifi doesn't work, staff are using their own mobile hotspot for billing, that too goes off when staff moves out of range. at last I gave my own hotspot. Tabs are discharged, even the card swipe machines are also not charged. I had to wait to get all those charged first and then completed my billing. Lenskart pls look into the condition of your flagship store

Lenskart MG Road is the PAN India biggest outlet of Lenskart, so expect to find a lot of variety. They have great frames and a lot of variety available from different brands. The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful. Mr. Siraj gave excellent suggestions and informed us about all the available offers as well. Great experience overall.

The staff members suddenly disappear in between of the procedure of billing & checking the number... No proper guidance is given.. and when the staff is asked about the same you get an eye roll & silence for the same. Such unprofessional behaviour. The owner should take action for the same... We don't come here for this nonsense also the service is paid & not free.. Zero customer service
