"Hey! So I recently visited a Lenskart store and it was awesome! They had a huge variety of eyewear to choose from and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect pair of glasses there. Highly recommend checking it out!"

I didn't find staff behaviour acceptable. The woman was quite arrogant and tone deaf and not at all ready to listen to my needs. One needs to be polite under every circumstance. I understand that they have to manage customers but I didn't find them at all accountable. Overall, the staff is average. Products are good.
