Lenskart.com at City Centre Mall, Guwahati - Optician in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

I went twice to the lenskart store in tezpur regarding the problems in my recently bought spectacles initially they told me that the eyewear couldn't be exchanged as the salesperson herself didn't know what were the problems faced by the buyer against which exchange warranty can be raised. Also they asked me to repair it in an optical store .... I am truly disappointed at the service of lenskart.

Customer care is very poor. All of them lack of professor level. None of them can't communicate with English. After sometime they forget that they had costumer. They'll busy to other client.And when I came there to get my product it took around 1 hour just to recieve my product. I regret that I better go to hospital n checkup thoroughly and make lenses according to my wish.

Worst experience i had with them. The girls there doesnot know to behave n prioritise their customer. They even dont know what product is available there. I was waiting for 1hour n hardly they have responded to me. They were just talking to each other sales girls.. i must say these girls should need to learn how to behave with their customers. Never gonna visit again.. pathetic experience

Worst customer service ever. We entered the store and told them that I want a contact lense but needs to check the power first. The sales girl said "ok sir" and then went to talk to her fellow sales girls. Me and my wife started looking for frames thinking she will call us now may be the persoon is busy another client. After half an hour of wondering in the store I noticed they all are just standing together and lauging amd gossiping. There were 5 sales person and 4 customers us and other two guys and not a single person was talking to any one of us. Finally i asked the guy if they are too busy to assist us. He simply smiled and said we will check the power sir. They took all my details and than asked me wait for 20 minutes as there are other customers. It was unbelievable how lensekart employees are behaving as if it is none of their concern when a customer walks in. No assistance, poor hospitality. I strongly suggest you visit any other lensekart store not the city center one.

Bad and rude behaviour. Even after the payment still they didn't give me the product saying issue in the online transaction. Staff should get changed and hire professional and knowledgeable person.

I have never came across such a humble, helpful, hospitable, polite, kind salesperson ever in my life. He has helped me in most of my orders and I must say everyone is not the same. I wish people like him are more and he achieves the highest of achievements in his future. Keep up the good work and your kind nature. People like you are rare. Thank you Shayan Saha.
