Product is good but the showroom manager is extremely uncourteous. He has an attitude that's so rude and unfriendly. Doesn't seem suitable to stay in a sales job. Very irritating and arrogant responses for a query or guidance. I don't think he understands the need to be polite and help people. The product is good so it sells. If you have knowledge of the product and don't care about the support you can go there and buy else better to go to a place where you get some respect and good service. The earlier service support guy was the go to person for help but unfortunately he isn't there now. It's product vs person decision. He won't guide you on things you need to know. Better avoid if you are not someone who can put up with an unpleasant experience.
Products are really good and the response & behavior's of the Showroom Manager is not upto the mark.
Best experience and all are affordable product and much more better than the online price and good guidance from the store staffs especially Mr.John Prabhakaran was helping to get me the perfect product that fulfills my expectations. Thank you so much !

Worst experience with the manager of the showroom. Doesn't have a cordial marketing skill & talks to customer in a rude manner. It seems he doesn't want to sell his product & act like he is doing a favour to customers.

its very good support the person over in the showroom are co-friendly . staffs are very good and their knowledge in technical are very good. compare to other showroom I have got least price with some additional goodies . mostly they are comparing with online price and making good deals nice showroom to purchase laptop in reasonable price
