Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh - Resort hotel in Rishikesh - Dehradun, India

Feedback from a client who stayed at Lemon Tree Rishikesh for 3 nights across 8 rooms booked - Pravaasah Holidays - Mumbai. "I was disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel. The room didn't meet expectations and the bathroom was in poor condition. The only positive was the view; however, everything else fell short. Additionally, the prices charged were unreasonably high considering the quality provided."

It an amazing property,so peaceful and tranquil ambience. Overlooking Ganga ji Staff is friendly ,attentive ,caring ,pampers you in Dinning Hall. Food is vegetarian but variety ,quality and innovative dishes tickles taste buds. Amenities are par excellent. Stay becomes memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Location wise great. In house aarti gave a personalised connect. Staff extremely polite and ready to help. All 3 meals we had were amazing...variety to choose from...mostly tasty...and the staff in the dining area was v swift. Used the gym and pool too though we dint get towels after the pool bath. Overall great hotel. A little here and there with every hotel but atleast they are ready to help with the solution.

It's very well.located hotel. However, staff is tardy, slow and less trained. I was short changed on my room booking (paid for suite online but allotted two rooms instead) Dinner was very bad. Breakfast was good but service was not at all upto mark. As usual, waiters ready to forget 10 Indian customers rushing behind one foreign customer.

If you want pampering this is hotel to go for, the food is very good with variety of options Restaurant Staff is very caring. Archery activity is good and unique. Pooja by priest is very engaging compared to other property same activity. Security guards are very helpful. But when it comes property itself, maintenance needs are there. Grouting are missing or of poor workmanship, this you don't want to see at this price. The Patio furniture is not of good quality for a hotel like this. You can put some led planters to elevate the property of good quality like Sereno . Curtain rods got broken.

We stayed here in May 2022. The view from the room was serene and beautiful. The suite itself was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, large living and a separate dinning area. The river facing balcony sit out just made it perfect. Food was good, they catered to our special requests as well. The hotel is a short distance from Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our very comfortable stay here.

Had a wonderful time for 3 nights. Everything from food to service was exceptional. Located perfectly right at the edge of river Ganga. Views from the terrace were majestic. Breakfast and high tea were delicious with lots of varieties. Best thing is that they have Ganga aarti for guest. All in all it was divine and memorable stay. Special thanks to anil chef, Sandeep chef, pooja,hargaran, teerath, Sachin, priyanshi, amit, anil and all the house keeping staff. Thank you so much

Wonderful location near River Ganga, Good staff service, big rooms, only confusing is the floor planning due to height differences. Few points hotel needs to take care is Hot water in washbasin and shower wastes lots of cold water before giving hot water. Also hotel should provide a good Telescope on the terrace to view planets and stars in the night due to clear sky. Good E rickshaw service free till the main road by hotel due to long distance from main road. Worth staying in this hotel while visiting Rishikesh and Haridwar.
