The location is good. Staff never change bedding from last check out unless you tell them. So you find lot of spots on pillows, bed etc. The staff at reception is not very helpful, not honest at all. We stayed three nights, after first day of check in they always forgot to put towels in bathroom so we called for that next two days. Lot of noises coming the field during night. On positive side all the staff members at Dining area is really really very good and super supportive. Five star to Rippan.

My recent stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Chandigarh was nothing short of a disappointing nightmare. Eventually, a disinterested staff member graced me with their presence and handed over the room keys as if they were doing me a great favor. Once inside the room, my hopes for a pleasant stay were instantly shattered. The air conditioning system might as well have been a decorative piece, as it failed to provide even a hint of cool air. On the other hand, the heater was equally uncooperative, leaving me to shiver in the cold. But that wasn't the end of my discomfort. The bathroom was a cesspool of unpleasant odors, which could only be attributed to previous guests ignoring the supposed "no smoking" policy. It was abundantly clear that the hotel's commitment to enforcing such policies was as non-existent as their dedication to guest comfort. The one redeeming aspect of my stay was the breakfast and kitchen services. The quality and variety of the breakfast spread managed to momentarily divert my attention from the myriad of issues plaguing my experience. However, this meager positive was quickly overshadowed by the numerous other flaws. The telephone in the room was as good as a paperweight - no means of communication whatsoever. Even if I wanted to voice my complaints to the reception or seek assistance, I was left stranded. To add insult to injury, the door latch was dysfunctional, further undermining any sense of security I might have hoped for. It's as if the hotel had taken all the possible ways to make a guest's stay miserable and combined them into a single package. In conclusion, my stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Chandigarh was a thoroughly unpleasant and regrettable experience. The litany of issues I encountered, from the lack of reception staff to the malfunctioning amenities, made this a stay I would rather forget. The only silver lining was the breakfast service, but even that pales in comparison to the overwhelming negativity I experienced. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to steer clear and save themselves from the frustration and disappointment I endured.

I stayed in this hotel almost for 2 weeks , Rooms are decent food also decent and I stayed in first floor there is room cleaning guy his name is " Mr.Neeraj sing " his so helpful and any time I asked for rooms cleaning,water,towel, he will do it on time thanks to him..

Nice hotel.. Located near the Elante Mall.. Seema Devi from housekeeping is a superb employee...She is hardworking, gentle and very polite.. If ur room is serviced by her then u are too lucky..

Best in class. Service is excellent, rooms are delux. Staff is very gentle and intelligent. Nice stay there.

Stayed here in March 2023 for 2 Nights. The rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The breakfast spread is very good with Dosa & Eggs on Order. Overall a standalone structure in a good location. The Elante Mall is at a walkable distance.

Hi , I had an amendment in my booking which was done by third party , they have not assisted me at all (Goibibo), where Hotel front desk assisted and treated so well , specially Miss Puna Chauhan assisted and helped me for the changes in booking which is highly appreciated . Definitely expecting more pleasant stay at the hotel .
