Earlier it was called as Ameer mansion. Daily and monthly rooms available. ACs are only for daily rooms. Entrance has a resturant and tea shop. Best for bachelors.
I stayed there with my wife and child for 3 nights in Dec 22 in non AC room. It is best if you are looking for budget stay. Don't book online, call them and book, they don't ask for any advance money for booking. Location is at walking distance to marina beach. There is tea shop just outside it, they provide fabulous tea, coffee and juice. A2B restaurant and many other eating outlets and market is at walking distance. Staff is very supportive and polite.
Everything was good but blanket was not given and it was a little problem when we were sleeping while ac on. The room was quite good and comfortable we all 3 of us were able to sleep I nthe bed comfortablely.
It is one of the best hotel in terms of hygenic and cleanliness in this price range. Support Staff are always ready to clean your room(24*7). Polite behavior of all staff. Slightly costly in terms of infrastructure. But it is worth for the money we are giving.

Reasonable, proper ambience and placed near to prime location. Please note there is no lift in this 3 storey hotel, and ground floor rooms get easily occupied, so old age people might find it difficult to climb the stairs. Management is helpful and polite, most rooms have windows which open inside except few which are at rear end. Due to building design, not that good air ventilation, prefer AC rooms in this hotel for convenient stay.
