Excellent location. Comfortable and cosy beds. Attention to details in house keeping is missing. Add on breakfast is expensive. Almost as if they do not want you to eat one. Staff and Manager are very polite and friendly. There is NO HOT WATER. Only WARM WATER for about 5 hours daily.
Outstanding service, good food. I haven't tried Thai food before; hence I cannot say if it is authentic. The place was relatively small but comfortable. This place is a pet-friendly facility which is a plus point for dog lovers
Since it is very near to railway station. Your cabs won't reach here, you have to walk 100 metres for cab and to get me my complimentary water bottles it took me 3 calls, 5 different people and half day and cistern got out while pressing.
Room is fine. But crew is bad. They are very rude. Our checkout was at 5pm but our tarin was at 8pm so we requested several times to let us atleast stay till 6 but they didn't allow. Food was bad tastewise quantity wise and price wise so better go for other hotels. Second the service is poor, I asked for glass they made me call in a loop for 15 min from one number to another.
The location is literally right at the railway station so it is very convenient. The rooms are clean, the facilities are top notch, and the people here are polite.
Stay was good & comfortable. Staff behaviour is professional. If you are open for suggestions then i want to give you 2 suggestions. 1) Provide Slippers in rooms 2) Install door or atleast curtains in bathing area.
it was great experience to stay at hotel Le Roi Jammu, very nice and clean rooms, good staff, very responsible price. facilities given to their guests like complementary tea, ironing board with iron, over all very good experience..i will recommend this hotel to everyone i know.. thankyou le roi.
Noise with High DJ is playing outside the hotel and was a big disturbance . Lift isn't working , food is not tasty. Couldn't sleep. Not a good experience.
