Horrible behaviour, it's happening 2nd time with OyO ! Booked rooms 3 weeks prior ,when I came to check in all I get is, sorry we didn't receive anything from OyO end then upon escation the owner said it's overbooked ! Really why would I pay and book 3 weeks prior ? Now with more than 10 calls have requested for refund, which they are saying will take 7 days ! Let's see !

Worst experience we had. We booked the villa and on arrival we were deny service and sent back. We struggle a lot to find accommodation for 14 members that night. We had to room around until 9pm with kids in rain to find another place.
We booked the room 10 days back but after reaching hotel they said all rooms are booked and asking us to reach out to Agoda customer care if any questions . Please do not book in this hotel in advance . Looks like they sold it for higher price . Scammers and Cheaters !! .
Had a great time with my family. Rooms are worth the price . When compared to nearby available rooms.The rooms are good , clean and spacious. May be this is the best in pondicherry for affordable price.A beautiful home to stay. We have stayed in multiple homes but this was one of the best in Puducherry.
Rooms are good and spacious,extra mattress can be provided as upto 4 people can be accommodated in a room ,the price is fair. Only issue is it is slightly sideways to the main city centre but if we have two wheeler it doesn't feel a difference. Service could have been slightly better as they were not really quick to bring our bedsheets and had to be reminded several times for the same.
Nice stay at very affordable price and staff are also very humble and helpful I highly recommend this hotel
