I had gone with my husband to have dinner, reason being that the ratings were really good for this restaurant. To our surprise, half of the items on the menu were not available. Adding misery to this, whatever we ordered within the available food items, the waiter comes in after few minutes and inform that the item is no longer available but they do give us our drinks before informing us so we couldn't cancel the entire order. Also, these people are sneaky, they add service charges to your bill and if you ask them to remove it, they show you their menu cover where its mentioned that its customer's responsibility to inform the waiter not to add service charge to the bill. This is mentioned on the cover of menu, which hardly anyone looks at. This sneaky practice shows how great this restaurant is. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
We had dinner at this place. Taste was very good. We got to eat variety of food. European and Indian variety available here. Parking can be done on the near by lanes. Staff is friendly. Raja did good service. We will come again!
The food was appetising. Chef Karna did an amazing job. Beautiful roof top. I had a wonderful time with my girlfriend.
We went to dine at their roof top restaurant. The food was just okay the only good thing was the gentleman who took the order was quite flexible in giving suggestions about their menu.
But the service was too slow had to keep on asking for water, glasses for the same, ginger ale order was forgotten and towards the end was given to us.
They were over staffed with the restaurant just getting busy but all of them were pre occupied.
We visited this restaurant for the first time, primarily for drinks, and the experience was decent. However, when I returned the next day for dinner, it was a complete disaster. The staff seemed completely disorganized and unable to handle even a below-average crowd. We waited for our dishes for a painful 30 minutes and then an additional 15 minutes just for spoons. To make matters worse, it appeared that the staff found our frustration amusing. It was truly a disappointing waste of resources.
The review is of the restaurant on top. The food was good tbh. The pizza was very well made. Alcohol is served as well. We had a couple of beers. The service took a bit more time than usual restaurants. This might not be the most instagrammable location in the region considering it is white town. But in the hustle and heat of the place, this place definitely serves decent food
We came here twice for having dinner when we were in Pondicherry. Food was really good. Prices were ok. We had Pink Pasta, Lasagne and Thai Raw Mango Salad. I would rate taste - 5/5. Just quantity was little bit less considering the price.
The food here is amazing. Would highly recommend the raw mango fish curry that they have. The service was also extremely nice. They cater to all your requirements with extreme care. Raja was very helpful! Do give it a try!

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
The property is beautiful with a chique look. The interiors are a urban and upbeat with colours that are palatable to the eyes and we'll coordinated.
