Lands End Resort - Hotel in Pahalgam - Anantnag, India

We recently stayed here (June 23) , location of this resort is on a hill and it's really scary to return in dark , secondly it's name is resort but it's not proper hotel also , there are only 2-3 young boys who manges reception, food and everything. You have to tell them in advance 3-4 hours if we want to have dinner because there is only 2-3 items in menu and that too they will prepare if ordered otherwise you will not get anything to eat . We were given the best room with small balcony and full front glass , but down cieling done in the room have gaps where pigeons were making noise whole night. Will not prefer this place for family or elders , care taker boys were cooperative though.

The room was great and the food was also good. The view of the mountains from the balcony was excellent. Note that this is not in the main town and is not closer to any activities. You will need a vehicle to go to and from this place. No restaurants or shops nearby. There aren't any street lights at night and the place is pitch dark. Tea (Rs.50) was good.

I booked this property for 2 nights stay and was provided with a suite room that has a balcony, Specifically during winter I would not recommend this property as they do not have a proper electricity connection, no room heater, no 24-hour hot water. The property is 10 km away from Pahalgam. I was not made aware of all such issues. Especially a big no for families with kids and old person. Even the food was no good. The only good thing I found was two guys working there were very helpful. They are well aware of those issues and tried to make our stay as comfortable as they can make.

The main thing about place location is such a beautiful and scenic. Service is really outstanding the guy who cooks food is very tasty and yummy. The guy Nadeem he is very polite and always ready to serve anytime with respectful. Mudasir who cooks very tasty food and he made moog daal was very tasty that we never ever had before. The guy Adil he also very good guy and always ready to serve the our group members. We would like to thank Lands End Resort for such a great experience which we never forget we spent time here.

we liked the stay over here, the staff is very cooperative, outside view through window is very beautiful. overall we had a wonderful time and experience. one waterfall also comes on the way to hotel. Room and washroom is very clean.

excellent hospitality, great food and superb view of the mountains. the hotel staff pay a lot of attention to customer delight.all in all wonderful stay and we would surely like to stay here again in futurestaff was very humble and helpful. hotel was very nice . i am fully and totally satisfied with this hotel. and thank u so much with the amazing experience .
