It is the one and only 5 star property in the city of Kanpur. A little old but well maintained. Rooms are good clean and have a decent size.The lobby and reception is on the ground floor but the hotel rooms start from the 10th floor. In between the entire space is a commercial complex with different shops. The Resturant and pool are nice and well maintained. The open air lounge at the hotel gives an amazing view of the city .
Rooms are not as per the standards of a five star hotel and not being maintained properly. Although staff is polite. Checkin and checkout process is seamless and they even allowed the late checkout.
Very worst hotel they treat their guest on the basis of their religion and supervisor of zoomba is full of hatred this is not acceptable at all .. if u r planning to go in Muslim tradition attire so don't go they are just bigots..Visited LIV poolside. The staff is very unprofessional and untrained. Whole staff was busy in their chores and chitchat. Bartender was blowing baloons for some party. Overall very pathetic experience. If you are looking for courteous staff and some peace of mind, its better not to waste time here..

They definitely need a competition in the town to raise their standards so as to be called a 5 star hotel. Staff is local and not from the hospitality industry (very unusual for 5 star hotel). Rooms are not maintained (purposely not posting photo). Breakfast is below average (except live counter items). Food (taste) is okay and expensive. Rooftop restaurant (YU) ambience is nice - check the picture. Location and view from rooms is not great.

They can reveal the privacy. They leak private information to other people. Our stay was miserable due to leak of our private information. Not a good hotel to stay at all. Instead people should choose some other hotel to stay.

Such a pathetic experience as the employees are not even responding and on an honest note there's no such hospitality where we can entertain unprofessional people who aren't even ready to respond.. This is the worst service.
