Today is 21.11.23 While going to Lakshmi Hotel near Old Bus Stand... The staff are very rude In the AC dine-in hall dispoinment with thr Service. We were seated in front row but line supervsior (name unkown) forced to change the seat in non ventilation area. The comment and complaint book was asked this table she say no or im again asked this booking table no response me she refuse the take order in waiter she say another person after coming floor manager he also forced again change place I telling why change it table asked manager this booking table he said no booking table after take order he rude asking what is you are food but telling order note it manager apro asking my kids what you are order my brother said each sharing food but manager said no sharing order kids no food order na get out table telling worst behaviours in manager are staff my family members disappointment Lakshmi hotel service after leave it a table very bad service no try this area Hotel he was jokers

Yes taste is gud.. but the customer service is poor, billing area ppl never understand what customer is facing, they only want money.. if scanned in nearby bill counter, they ll make customers to walk here n there, but never gives a solution... Irritating

Worst place to have your food. Behaviour of the staff is worst of the worst. They lack all common sense. Management have to teach them how to talk politely to the customers or they ll have to close their business soon and go home

In the AC dine-in hall they will not accept the Card Swipe. All ways they will say some errors. But on the ground floor dine-in hall they will accept the Card transaction. Apart from this all are good.

Now of the worst hotel I have seen in my life. People over here won't serve you good at first, they will put only chutney sambar and extc, at first and after 45 mins they will give you whatever you have ordered One of the worst and poor experience Keep it up , soon the hotel will be sealed by govt

Ice cream experience in Lakshmi I purchased one cone ice cream 15 rupees and coffee 20 eating inside with my kid Supervisor told me don't eat ice cream inside we will not able to clean the place I said we purchased your shop only ok next time will not eat inside But,he is adamantly not to eat I side I put the ice cream in dust bin While seeing this to manager came and asked what happen here I said if we are purchasing ice cream and your shop then eating inside also it's kid likely to eating ,next time will not eat here also I said if not to eat inside you put banner outside Manager said we are selling very lost cone ice cream here so you eat outside only not inside hotel and also he is telling we will not kept board ice cream inside allowed so keep it in mind I think customer support and care is very essential for hotel business If you are in high position be kind world is rotating
