Title: A Patient's Perspective: Navigating My Experience at Lakshmi Hospital My recent encounter at Lakshmi Hospital left me with mixed emotions, prompting me to share my thoughts to help others navigate their potential visits. While the medical care provided by Dr. Sujith was commendable, the overall experience was marred by several issues that I believe warrant attention. The hospital's reputation preceded it, particularly in regard to the expertise of Dr. Sujith. His treatment was thorough and reassuring, which served as a glimmer of hope amidst the challenges that followed. However, as a parent, my primary concern was my child's health, and the various aspects of my visit left much to be desired. A glaring issue was the extensive waiting time. Despite my early arrival and receiving token number 115 after a 7 am booking, I was informed of a 7 pm consultation. This prolonged wait period not only tested our patience but also led to concerns about the hospital's efficiency. What exacerbated the situation was observing that token numbers were seemingly arbitrary, with some individuals bypassing the system altogether. The lack of transparency and communication further exacerbated the frustration. The absence of updates or explanations regarding delays left patients, including myself, feeling bewildered and disregarded. This lack of empathy was particularly disheartening as my child was battling severe symptoms, and our pleas for attention seemed to go unheard. Equally concerning was the behavior of certain staff members. While some nurses were accommodating, others displayed rudeness and an unsettling bias towards particular individuals. This favoritism led to a palpable sense of inequality among patients, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. While waiting, I noticed some individuals being allowed to enter the consultation area without tokens, casting a shadow of doubt over the fairness of the system. This irregularity, combined with the lack of clear communication, contributes to a sense of distrust in the hospital's processes. Moreover, the absence of basic amenities for patients awaiting their turn was disappointing. The day stretched on, and the absence of food or even updates on the situation intensified the physical and emotional strain on patients and their families. Despite these challenges, I remain hopeful that my feedback will prompt the hospital's management to address these issues. Patient well-being should always be a top priority, and a healthcare facility should exemplify professionalism, empathy, and ethical practices. I urge Lakshmi Hospital to reevaluate their processes to ensure that future patients have a more positive experience. In conclusion, my visit to Lakshmi Hospital had its ups and downs. While Dr. Sujith's medical expertise was a saving grace, the overall encounter was overshadowed by issues that impacted the patient experience. I share this review not only to express my personal experience but also to encourage the hospital to take necessary actions to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

I am highly delighted to share my views for Lakshmi Hospital Aluva.They are dealing with numerous patients in a well systematic manner. Highly qualified and well experienced Dr. are available here 24*7, staff behavior is really impressive especially Dr."Benu Majeed" she is so polite in nature, does all the formalities by herself I've never seen such helpful staff in any other hospital. The experience was excellent in every step of the way. I felt well looked after and supported.

We came here for our son. Dr. Sajna, she is very nice and supportive nd she explained very minute details too... Pediatric op coordinator Deepthy, she is really helping nd supportive. She make sure that we are comfort and ok with hospital. The nursing staffs are really nice. The only thing that we are disappointed is the time that taken for getting room. Otherwise we are happy with the services...

From the very beginning, I noticed the sense of humanity throughout the hospital. All staffs were very professional, hardworking. I had our baby through c section under treatment of Dr. Benu Majeed. Doctor had offered equal opportunity for normal delivery. But unfortunately my health was not good. She was very concern about health of baby and mother. Dr.Benu was very supportive and discussed with my relatives regarding mother's health and we opted for caesarean considering the health of mother. Dr.Tenina Rose and staffs of NICU took good care of my baby. They were very supportive and caring and took their time to address all our doubts and concerns. I can't miss to mention the Coordinator Miss Deepthi Babu. The way she would smile and greet would always make me happy. She is very friendly and approachable. Even at duty or off duty hours, her concerns about mother's and baby's health was not altered even a bit. She helped us a lot in taking appointment to visit pediatrician in case of emergency for baby.

I had a very good experience in Aluva Lakshmi hospital .Dr Suja is an amazing doctor she is very polite as well as co- operative and felt so free to talk with her .The co -ordinators were really helpful especially Arya. She helped us alot throught my time in the hospital .Arya was very supportive and her service was really appreciable and amazing .Totally a very good experience for me my uncle and aunty . My son is aged 3 now..Since the age of 1 year, we have been consulting Dr.Sujith.!! He is such a good doctor.!! And especially the service co-ordinator Deepthi use to be very helpful everytime.!! The only fault I saw i the hospital is the lack of facilities..!!

Been nearly 12 years at Aluva. The paediatric department does awesome under Dr Sujithkumar, one of the best in class. Me think I went wrong - the best in class . My two children were and are under his team care including me. Me think he is one of the most busy paediatricians we know. A great doctor, precise detector, carefull in prescription, and a dedicated doctor Most Reverent Dr.Hamsa- the trusted doctor by my parents and me believe by all those know him. Experienced his care, great efficiency in detection, friendly clinical advices and simplicity in prescription. The third part I have met with is dept of gynaecology. Cant finish this comments by forgetting Dr Benu Majeed. A brilliant detector, advisor, surgeon,.. and what not. At last about the management - the team headed by Mr Kumar always does well. Within the limitations of space and rush, manages to a cent. Personally, the teamwork of the team of PRO's is worth mentioning. In a word- service at a phone call. Felt the most comfortable, secure, trustworthy, friendly, affordable place for treatment at Aluva
