A place full of positive energy. If you want peace don't think twice. This place is always a go to place where you will find peace and where you can connect to yourself. Tip :- Book tickets before visiting the place.
It is a quite busy place and really good to spend during the night as the mighty Ganga river is flowing below and a soothing breeze will take you away. It's a really beautiful scenic place and it's a suspension bridge. Beware of monkeys in the place, they won't hurt like that. You can feed the fishes from the bridge. A few pics from my visit last year. Thank you
Currently it is getting renovated. But the place near it is so beautiful. It is so peaceful and calm there. It is not crowded as other jhula's. There is also option for boat ride and the way leading to it has lots of shops , but they are costly as compared to other markets in rishikesh.
The Laxman jhula is one of the important site for the tourist attractions in the rishikesh.When. We visited the jhula has been in under construction.so u need to visit from the other side . New jhula will be available in One year. Tapowan has many other attractions beside Laxman jhula there are many shops for shopping.Great eateries are available for the tourist.and affordable places to stays are near the Laxman jhula.

It is located about 3 km away from downtown Rishikesh This famous hanging bridge is 450 feet long at a height of 59 feet from summer water lecel. It was built in 1930 after the old one was washed away in a flood in 1924.It is also famous due to it's ancient origin and religious sancity.
