Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience. The salon is kept clean and organized. Everyone who works here is super friendly and accommodating to all of their customers. My hair stylish Archana and Eyebrow expert Shoba were highly skilled and did a great job. I definitely recommend coming here

I visited Lakme salon in Vasant Vihar, Thane for haircut and hair colour. My hairstylist was Gauri. She has a very pleasing personality and she is very knowledgeable. She is highly skilled and did a fantastic job. I have got many compliments on my new look. The Salon is clean and has good ambience. All the staff were very friendly and professional too. I highly recommend this salon.

I moved from Hong Kong to Mumbai a couple of months ago. I tried a few salons for hair treatment and facial. My best experience has been with Lakme Salon Vasant Vihar. Gauri does an amazing job with my hair. Chaitrali gives care and attention to all my other grooming needs, including facial. Undoubtedly 5 star treatment and cost-effective salon. Saloon is good. People are nice. Efficient even. But they used expensive products on me without my consent and charged extra. Would appreciate a full disclosure next time, if there is a next time.

My frend suggested me lakme salon in vasant vihar thane. I had a very good experience in terms of services provided with reasonable charges. Priya is one of the best beautician in salon. On my 1st visit she made me feel very comfortable, she was humble, easily approachable and soft spoken. It's 1 of the best salon in thane.

This is the worst lakme branch that I've visited. It is in a pathetic state. It was literally stinking. For the price they charge the place is absolutely zero! Supriya did my detan, cleanup, pedicure and threading. The pedicure basin was in a horrible state and the water was stinking. They didn't have any warm water. She didn't even get rid of my nail paint properly. The nail paint that she applied was also of very poor quality. For threading I had to get my upper lips done at least 5 times to get rid of all the hair. It was that bad and she was not bothered about doing it right. I made a huge mistake going there. Please avoid.
