The hotel is not maintained properly. The rooms were big. But got the smell like it wasn't open for very long time. From all the rooms we checked. No options for food in the hotel. Morning we needed drinking water. But there was no one to ask for the help. We booked it for quite a cheap price. So considering that it's fine. For one night we can stay if the prices are around 1000/ night

For attractions like Boating, water activities, massage etc, you need your own transportation or an auto rickshaw arranged by the service provider.
After 7 pm, you can't find any rickshaw. Unless you have a car, you can't go out for dining at any other restaurant than the ones nearby.
Quiet and tranquil place for cheap staynt kumarakom. Comes with the right space and rooms for an overnight journey. We planned to reach early the first day, enjoy the canoe ride in nearby village and do kayaking fornsurise the next day.
No loitering, we were skeptical if the place would be good along with family. Hindi speaking bellboys available.

It's a good stay with many rooms, on the roadside, easy to access. Booked a non-ac room for 2 days, good room n bathroom. No toiletries provided. As it was off season, no other guests were there and so dining was not available. But good eateries nearby(don't go to the one which is exactly opposite side of the road). You can try barb q inn , quality n cost wise good.
Lipin, the front office guy was very helpful in providing service. Garden can be better, couldn't use slide, swing after raining. A small pond in front needs better maintenance.
It seems they are gonna renovate the existing structures.
Hotel was average. Not as good as expected. The people have problems with adjusting rooms for visitors. And a very peculiar character present there is always winking while talking. Feels very weird to communicate. Food is not available. We had to walk some distance to get food, which again is not well cooked. Not recommended for those with good expectations. And go for on spot booking. Online booking poses problems due to uncooperative staff. No normal water present. Pls take note.

We booked a 1 bedroom houseboat with A/C in the bedrooms. It was spacious and clean and the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an English toilet (no toilet paper only a water jet so take that if you need it!).
