Lake N Hills - Resort hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

We had a very pleasant couple of days stay at this lovely resort. We were very happy to find our room, toilet, the toiletries, the bedsheets all very neat and tidy. The resort also does provide very tasty food and especially their morning breakfast buffet were awesome. The eggs to order (special mention to be made about the water poach) were also pretty good. Overall it's a very pleasant experience except for the road that leads to this resort, which is not well maintained. The staffs are extremely cooperative and gentle. A nice place to relax and unwind with your family.

The atmosphere was very nice. We really enjoyed the stay. Rooms and services were very good. Kids ejoyed the time they spent in the pool. There was a camp fire.The only problem faced was the difficultly to find out the location. There is no sign board on the route. The road is also not good.

The service was absolutely amazing. Staff are so pleasant and helpful. Food was yummy and tasty. A bit higher on the pricing though. Swimming pool was clean and chlorinated. Rooms and toilets were clean with towels and toiletries. Had a kettle and sugar and tea/coffee sachets. The morning breakfast was excellent and made sure it was refilled on time. No complaints except for the road to the resort which is generally broken most of the time. I think that's the usual negative for most of the resort stay in munnar.

We had the opportunity to stay for Aug 14 & 15 The place is quiet, with birds chirping throughout. Rooms very clean & tidy Food was better than we had expected Hospitality & Service were extremely good. Highly recommend for Families who go in search for rest..

The place have total 10 rooms consisting of different types of cottages with single room, double room, triple room, 6 rooms option. The property is having a good ambience. The location is also little off from the town. The road to property is not that good. Pool is available from 7 to 7. The water in pool is not that good, its very much irritating for eyes. Food we ordered was good, especially the butter chicken and chicken 65. We do had camp fire and music. Overall it was a good experience in the resort.

Nice place to relax with family and friends. The staffs are very cooperative. Ambience is really good. Breakfast was complimentary, and had good number of options. Bonfire , swimming pool and garden is very well maintained.
