The access to this resort is quite tricky, as the last 1km is muddy road. But the good part is, it runs parallel to a small river stream. The entire resort is a small island and all rooms overlook the water body which is a big river. Hospitality is great and rooms have good aroma and great comfort. Food is ok to good. Price is reasonable and it definitely is a great place for refreshing and rejuvenation. This resort is only 6months old as of this writing and other spa/massage services are coming soon.
What a place!!! I got picked up in a boat which passes through the back waters which was an amazing welcoming. The staff here is very coorporetive. Rooms are neatly maintained...delicious food and has direct view to the backwaters...amazing view from every room. Over all an amazing exp. Would live to come back again...
What a place this was. Imagine you have a pickup by boat to resort. Very guest friendly. Several instances like helping in hobby fishing, taking care of your infant while you try to settle and finish your breakfast was simple amazing. Highly Recommended.
Booked for a day out and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The place is so full of nature, friendly staff, excellent service and worth for the money you pay. Also the food was delicious and good. Highly recommended.
It was one of the worst experiences to be here. The food was abysmal. Very few staff were available and nothing was well-maintained. The room and its vicinity was full of insects. It also leaked during rains.
Located Deep inside Kuttanad... Breathtaking views from the lake side cottages. A warm welcome with flower garland. Tasty food from their kitchen.. taste the curries..especially Coconut chicken Curry. We went boating in their own Speed launch. Pedal boats available. Childrens play area with a few rides. A little swimming pool also. They provided fishing rods and we actually caught some fish from the lake. They can arrange Kerala classical dances for small groups. I attended a Ottamthullal performance in their hall. Rooms had traditional good wooden furniture. A negative point is that the access road to this resort is too swampy.
Pathetic pathetic.. food is totally pathatic. In lunch i ordered some food it was stinking after that i faced vomiting and loosemotions. The way you go to the resort is also pathatic. Air conditioner was not working... overall pathetic
Best place in kuttanadu.. gifts you with best holiday mood, memories and drives you to visit here often. I highly recommend everyone to visit here at least once , if your planning to explore the rich nature of Kuttanadu and backwaters
