Lake Boat ride - Ferry Service Provider in Pachmarhi, Pachmarhi Cantt - Hoshangabad, India

Visited the lake during dhoopgarh visit day. Its good for zipline, however charge is 500 per head which seems a bit high but still manageable. If you will do zipline, then they will take you to the other side of lake from boat, so eventually you will be getting both boat ride and zipline. Lake is beautiful, but visit only if you are interested in some of the activity otherwise nothing much to see. Parking charge 20

The lake is beautiful during sunsets. The highest peak, dhoopgarh, is visible from here with many more mountains. You can rent a pedaling boat for only Rs200 for half an hour, and the people are very flexible with the time limit. You can also do ziplining for Rs500 each person, with proper safety equipment available. Motorboating can also be done. This lake will let you get amazing photos.

The lake is very much in the centre of Panchmarhi town and is beautiful with pristine waters. There are small islands in the lake and the boat rides take you very close to some of them. I had been there in the winter of 2014. A life-jacket is compulsory as the water is deep and the boats quite fast. However the boatmen are all very experienced and there had been no known cases of boats capsizing due to the negligence of the staff The ride itself was quite exhilarating, with the spray drenching one's face. The waters of the lake are quite clear & the surface is generally calm. The ride was all the more pleasing as it was getting close to sunset and the play of the spray and the sun's rays made for interesting viewing. We were informed that the lake always has sufficient water for boating even durin the summer months.

Zap ride is good 500/- included one side boat ride which they will take you to other side of rope way, only boat ride is not worth!! Parking sucks 20/- not worth. As ample space is available outside too. It's business for locals.

It's a boating lake. You can have fun of different types of boats. But Not speed boats. N yes take care of yourself. They give you life jackets. Use it. And be cautious while boarding or getting off.

The Lake is about the centre of Pachmarhi, its very clean and beautiful. Wearing of life jacket is mandatory for boating. The boat ride is awesome and pleasing at evening because its closed to sunset. Generally this Lake has sufficient water for boating in all seasons including summer. It is a must visiting place if you are at Pachmarhi. Boating will give you amazing experience and fun at reasonable price. In from of lake there is shop where you can enjoy tea and maggi by sitting next to the Lake. In this lake there are many other games and also zip line adventure.
