Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

Firstly, property is very far from the main market area which increases the cost of commutation. Rooms & washrooms were not as shown in the pictures. They have electricity issue in the property due to which there's power cut off in every now and then. We had to complain all the time for room heating and hot water. Bed linens wasn't good. Bath towels we're very old and unclean. There's no one to help you to carry your luggage, we had to lift our own luggage. The only this was ok is the food. Overall experience was really bad. Not worthy.

Located at Dal lake. Nice location. Rooms and service is very average. Decent food. Not recommended if you want to plan something special for birthday/anniversary. They really don't put any effort on the experience part.

Nice location with good 4star type rooms. Rooms are specious and with all required services. Newly renovated hotel. Specious parking space in front of hotel. Restaurant with good sitting space. Can use garden also available in front of restaurant. 3.5k - 4.0k inc breakfast is ok Price for this hotel. No other restaurant is available nearby, so food needs to be order from this hotel only.

Only plus point is location. Hotel looks good from outside, good reception but shady rooms. Room color shades and lights are not upto mark. Electricity issue quite frequent. Tried veg hakka noodles and veg manchow soup. Both were pathetic. Although the morning breakfast was good. Note: Hotel doesn't have any lifts and have 3-4 floors.

One of the best properties around Dal lake. Service is very good.Rooms are specious, food is tasty. The resort manager Mr Altaf is very friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

Pathetic hotel. Poor service. Avoid at any cost. Cramped room. The bathroom was uncomfortable, u have to step up to go to the bathroom. The electric kettle given was of no use as It had a very short cord and also no power point was available near the kettle table. I found there was no Generator backup power available, only one light works with the inverter(Faced multiple power cuts during stay). Did Dinner and Breakfast at the restaurant. Only one server/attendent at the restaurant and he was not at all interested in service. During the Breakfast they were doing the wood work repairing and dust was all in the room. Breakfast options were very less. When we reached the reception these two people were not at all Interested in welcoming the guests they were busy on themselves. The only good thing is that the hotel is near the lake so we had a good Morning walk. While coming out of the hotel for the morning walk no guard nor any person was at reception and had to open 3 gates by overself to go out

Quite far away from the tourist hotspots of Srinagar, apart from that this is a nice property, rooms are clean and big. Quite comfortable overall. Some rooms have good lake view

Location, rooms and staff was all perfect. But food in the buffet was far from being good. The breads and non veg items specially was all feeling stale. Have had much better food in the same rates at many other places. Food needa to be seriously looked at by the management
