Ladu Fast Food Corner - Fast food restaurant in Katra - Reasi, India

We had North Indian food in the lunch. The Dal Makhani was not having apt taste and was much diluted. The Bengaluru Badam Milk and Sweet lassi were okay okay in taste. The place was clean and the staff was courteous.

They are spoiling the name of real Sagar Ratna... We were 10 people and reached here after darshan of Vaishnodevi. I wanted 10 seats and tried to enter this restaurant. Guard on gate behaved like we are bagger (by the we were dressed well ) and stopped me at gate only saying that resultant is full and 10 seats are not available. We were tired and requested him if 2-3 seats are available for kids so that they can eat first. He asked me to wait for 30min and we were standing on main road. My sister had a look inside from the window and found that there were atleast 6 empty seats. I forcefully entered inside and found that more than 50% of restaurant was empty. I could easily see 10 seats together. In fact there was a possibility to sit 4-5 big groups at differ places. I asked the reason to person on front desk (probably he was manager but not sure) on why guard stopped me at main gate saying no seats available. Reason was very funny... reason given was "no TV at that place where seats were available". Food quality - OK ok Speed of food preparation - OK ok but they missed salad which I ordered but not delivered. They removed from bill after I raised my concern. Cleanliness- Good Ambience - Good Staff - Pathetic and rude Date - 16th April 2022 Time - 1pm We also had lunch in Sagar Ratna at Vaishnodevi bhawan and seeing their load, service and food quality was far better. I am not planning to go Sagar Ratna, Katra again.

Located on prime location of katra town with nice and Hygienic ambiance. Serving food items without onion and garlic. However I don't know why they have discontinued thali options from menu. Idli chat is good, try rasam. They don't accept UPI payment, Only Card payment and cash accepted.

Always used to be happy to visit sagar ratna because of its specialty and quality that it maintains across its chains, this time the food was delicious but in coconut chutney a fly was found then their utensils were not clean and asked for change but the manager didnt even try to come to our table and apologise. 1 star for their worst service and hygienic conditions.

Visited today... Ask for grilled sandwitches...they refused for grilled sandwiches because they don't have basic sandwich grill machine. Hygiene is very poor . A lot of flies over your food ordered... Heavily over priced... I asked manger to give complaint book..he refused & tell me to post my reviews online. So be careful when you visit such poorly runned & maintained outlets...

This place have tasty food. Specially masala dosa and chai. Very quick service and clean & hygienic food.

Behaviour of staff was not good .. their was a piece of hair between the dosa .. staff dropped the sambhar on the clothes during clearing the table .. food was good but service was worst

They have outlets at Ardhkuwari Gufa and at Vaishno Devi Bhawan also which are not listed here. The prices are reasonable. Food is delicious with quick service. The dosa, kadhi rice and tea was very good.
