Ladakh sarai Resort - Villa in Sarai, Saboo - Leh Ladakh, India

Positives: Great property. Very well spread out. Location is around 20 mins from the city. We were staying at the chalets with large rooms and a separate living room. The views were amazing . Staff are very courteous and friendly Negatives : The property is nice but needs more touch up. The bathroom had rods of the geyser hanging. Toilet seat was loose Bathrooms can be better Needs more lighting . To reach our rooms we had to walk down the stairs which was pretty unsafe and a disaster waiting to happen. Some diffused lighting on the stairs are needed. Food: Dinner was good. They served us well and added some dishes out of our plan which was great Breakfast: They took too long to serve the eggs . Maybe need more counters. They ran out of croissants at 9 am while the breakfast was on till 10. Unbelievable Over all a great property . They just need to look at the details .

We stayed for a total of 4 nights at Ladakh Sarai in September 2023. The hotel is in a great location, slightly outside of Leh, and our room had stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Service is excellent, with all reception and dining staff extremely friendly and helpful. We want to particularly highlight Chorol, who was extremely helpful when it came to rearranging our trip at short notice (booking accommodation, drivers, etc.). Food (buffet) was delicious and varied every day with a large variety of options every day. The restaurant grows some of the vegetables used in the food on site.

Super room service, location of room is best. All staff are so cooperative. Speciality of resort is they provide Jain food according to the guests choice. Thank you so much all the Chef. . We are yoga group of 22 ladies spent 7 days and seriously we enjoyed our stay very much. And thanks to Chorol for making our stay more sweet . Thanks to all the team and good luck. We look forward to visit you again. Highly recommended resort.

This is not my first stay at Ladakh Sarai. I have visited earlier in 2019 and am sure to visit again in future. During my trip in June 2023, I spent 5 nights at this wonderful property and I must say I am looking forward to it again. Though its little far from the touristy market area, I personally prefer to stay away and in a peaceful location. The property is spread across and very tastefully done. Its luxurious for a place like Leh and one cannot ask for more. The highlight of this place is their wonderful service. Right from the gate entry, to the reception to restaurant and all other staff who work here, they are very friendly and always assisting you with a smile. I must make a special mention of Chorul at reception who is always bubbly and assisting with a smile irrespective of the time of the day. Restaurant staff are extremely kind and they attend to every small detail. I couldn't personally meet the chef but I must say he is wonderful and makes some lip smacking food. The way food is presented makes you longing for more. Hospitality at its best ! Over all a fantastic experience and I look forward to coming here again soon. ** Internet or connectivity is little sparse and It works well around the reception area though. It really doesn't matter to me personally!

I love everything in Ladakh sarai. First step you will see the beautiful flower garden with nice modern resort buildings. Nice welcome drink with lemon tea filled with gingers-I can't remember the name of them but there are really refreshing. Love breakfast and dinner especially afternoon tea that make me so happy. All facilities are perfect, If I came back to Leh once again. I absolutely stay in Ladakh sarai again and again.

It's a nice property in a peaceful green setting with views of the mountain. Ms. Chorol, Bagul and rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and that's what really make our experience here special. The Breakfast spread was vast and delicious. So was the Dinner. There is a nice Yoga room with glass sunroof which was a great place to work early in the morning. All in all, a fantastic stay !

We had a lovely stay! Located slightly away from the Leh market, very quite and serene. Beautiful property with lots of greenery, flowers, apricot and apple trees and an organic garden. Very clean, delicious food, uninterrupted wi-fi, good hygiene and amazing views. Very good service and polite staff- always ready to serve you the best and ensuring there is no inconvenience. A few names to mention from the housekeeping and dining staff Deepak, Rajendra and Pankaj resp. Ms Chorol at the reception was always there to check on us and confirm our next day plan so arrangements can be made as per schedule. A special packed breakfast was arranged by them (no special request made) for all the runners on Sept 10th the Marathon day as early as 4.30 am...what a gesture We stayed there for a total of 6 nights with two checkouts and each time we were offered a chalet with a new breathtaking view Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Ladakh Sarai is a beautiful property with super comfy rooms, old trees, vegetable garden, wild flowers and mountain views. The food and service are excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel pampered. We were a party of 7 and we spent 3 days. Great place for family time!
