God gym , nice people gets a bit crowded towards evening

Grear setup, training at 3500m and at minus 15 has its challenges. Everyone is so nice. Makes us white fellas look week training in these conditions!

I have been working out in this gym for over a month and I have to say this is the best gym in Ladakh. They have a very good quality equipments and weights. Also, the staff are very friendly and It's right in the market!

You'll find a very good machines and equipments but specially a very nice trainer
