The staff are very courteous . Room was clean and with complementary snacks and coke and water bottles and very near to the beach around 10 mnts walk . Ample parking space in safe secure area. I would undoubtedly book my next stay in Pondy.

Perfect place for a stay in Pondicherry...The Rooms are very affordable plus most of places are in walking distance...The have all the rooms with different city names...They a have creative some art work in which makes the place more lively

Pros: sizeable parking lot despite being on a narrow road, clean rooms, affordable pricing Cons: showerhead was missing in the bathroom, could have a small kitchen with basic food available for guests Overall, it was conveniently located to visit places in Pondicherry. Venkat was helpful with the booking, and Nirmal was highly assistive during check in and gave us room options. Ask for the Ooty room on second floor since it's more private as the only room on the floor and has a private balcony.

Good property near the heart of the city. Good stay at affordable rates with all basic amenities and complementary breakfast. Staff were really helpful. Mr Venkat manages the property and arranged a bike for us to visit the beaches. Overall nice experience.

So to start with if you are searching for a budget friendly guest house with Parking which is in walkable distance to the beach, then this is your perfect match. Don't get confused about the parking place, as we get confused as the parking is in the back of the property and we need to enter there from the back side. It's secure as it is enclosed and there are security cameras everywhere. The rooms are cozy. Free wi fi is available. Recommended

Excellent stay in prime location.Very near to the Railway station. Well kept rooms and descent service by the staffs. Clean rooms and washrooms are the positive aspects. Has picture gallery outside which are insta worthy. Has a vintage touch to the decoration. Budget friendly too. Comfortable place to halt.

Venkat and Nirmal where kind and humble in their services. Decent room for that price. Location of the place is good. Don't have restaurant(Just for info). Just a suggestion: complimentary breakfast can be improved as it get packed and comes, does feel like fresh. During our two night stay, for one night there was lot of noise from one of the rooms(looks like in one of the room group of friends where having fun). Overall good place to be.

Staying at La Maison Royale, in the Bishop Street was a good experience. The single room I was offered was good. The management needs to improve a bit on the services provided and hospitality. There should be adequate amount of bathroom sanitary items and other necessities. Food services can be provided if wanted or introduced. Ventilation of the room can be a suggestion. Overall located in the main town, backside of the Puducherry Railway Station. Staffs are good and helpful.
