Stayed for 2 nights in September 2023. Location is great! Walkable distance to main road and not so far from many attractions in the area. Room was spacious enough and quite. Bed was comfortable too. Though shower area is seperate,floor mat in bathroom would help to keep the room clean and dry. No hair dryer in bathroom and they said they don't provide it .( Even when you ask) Breakfast is good but restaurant is not so great otherwise. Service need to be faster. ( We had to make follow up calls to get the things done. Finally, I feel the price is not justified for overall experience.

We had minimal communication issues, and the staff was always willing to help us with anything we needed. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless, and the common areas were also well-maintained. Location: The hotel is located in a great location, close to all the major attractions in Pondicherry. There is also plenty of parking available. Value for money: We thought the hotel was a great value for the price. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel La Grrande Malar to anyone visiting Pondicherry. Here are some specific examples of the great service we received: The security guards at the front of the hotel greeted us with a smile and helped us with our luggage. The receptionist was very helpful in providing us with information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The restaurant staff was attentive and always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Grrande Malar. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Pondicherry.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel ambiance is good. Hospitality is great. Rooms are not much spacious but overall well furnished. There is an auto stand nearby and hence travel becomes convenient. Promenade beach is around 1.2km from here.

Had a pleasant three day stay here. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are great, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Staff is polite and very courteous. Its at walking distance from the beach and popular cafes. Definitely recommend it to those planning to stay in White town.

5 stars for the location as its just 10 mins walking distance from the Rock beach and easily accessible from all the known best cafes. Service was nice rooms are also good, no hair dryer and refrigerator available in the room, breakfast options were less( only 2-3 ). Overall good and can be given 3star.

The room was good , the only one thing Disappointment was the bedsheets, they were quite untidy! Overall room was good , we reached earlier than the login time the management people helped us to keep luggages and freshen up and then we checked in at the time. Definitely recommending the stay for family and it's couple friendly too..

Hotel is Close to Rock Beach just 10mins walkable distance. Location is Very near to Restaurant,Bazaar and much more. Rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel Check in and Check out formalities are done very comfortable infact they have given extra 1.5hrs Grace time in Check out. Restaurant food is also Tasty and Good. Room service is not upto the mark,they have taken extra time for service. They doesn't have ample Car Parking space,need to park car back to back.But They managed car parking at their best. Overall we had a pleasant stay!!! All the Best!!!
