This is fantastic gym, carrying positive vibes. I can see changes in my body. I feel energetic whole day.The trainer Pradeep Sir is always motivating, inspiring and pushing us for workout. I have recommended this gym to my friends and relatives.

Its been close to a year since I joined LCD and my experience taking the aerobics class has been incredible! Kalpesh sir is the most motivating coach I've ever trained with so far and is always pushing us to take it a step further. Not just aerobics but he also focuses on functional training, strength training, stepper workouts and so many more. After my knee surgery, I was also given alternate variations that were suitable for my condition so I could continue my workout. Meenakshi ma'am is always around online and offline to answer any schedule changes or general questions and even follow-up if you aren't attending to make sure all's good. The vibe of the studio is great with good music and a variation in the workout everytime, definitely recommend!

It's an amazing journey with LCD since 6 months. I have experienced holistic transformation in my body. The trainers are very dedicated towards the health and fitness of their client. They help you to improve stamina and physical abilities for performing various exercises. I m just loving my transformation journey. Keep it up LCD Team.

The owner was very rude , I joined on my trial day but due to a medical condition the next day I had to stop, asked for a refund but she refused! On my several requests also she was hell bend at not refunding and only freezing my money. Any fitness Center who doesn't understand medical conditions is not positive or sensitive. There are many other better yoga centers. Will never go back to LCD It had not even been 24 hours from trial day and I called them that I won't be able to do it. Also it's just a regular normal yoga class nothing exclusive!! Did charity for a months fee to lcd , they want to make money not customer base !!

What I say, I can't understand but I want to say thankyou in my words and share my outstanding experience . Really ,it is amazing result for your efforts .I feel many changes in body which I want . Therefor, I look feet and perfect bodyshape . That is possible only for effort and yoga. So definitely, I say every people join this class. Who want perfect bodyshape and look pretty.

I am 63yrs. Doing aerobics at LCD since 2017 has kept me fit... :-) The facility is good, all the required equipment is provided. The trainers Kalpesh and Pradeep are excellent.. motivating and inspiring. The receptionist Meena is vey kind and helpful. Thank you Varsha for managing and providing this excellent service.

I joined LCD in June and in 2 months I lose 9.5 kg on basis of there weight loss program include Aerobics, power yoga and Diet.. Thank you Varsha mam, Pradip Sir, and Dietitian Dr. Mansi.

Joined LCD a few months ago and have lost 8-10 kg . Very effective for weight loss, has a comfortable environment and is very effective.
