I am from Bangalore and visiting Jamshedpur. Kwality has very friendly staff. The first thing I noticed was no loud music! (which encourages people to scream at each other, even in normal conversation). It is well lit, clean and most importantly gender friendly. A bit on the expensive side, but if you wish to enjoy a quiet drink and a tasty meal, do consider a visit.
