This is a wonderful space if you are looking for your spiritual life or total balance of life. They use a very holistic approach, a complete balance of mind, body and soul. I joined for the Kundalini Yoga and it was well structured and well explained. The space is very homely, I loved to stay here. All the teachers are very cooperative and well learned, you will never go without an answer if you have any curiosity. Thank you so much Hari Priya(Maata ji), Mandeep Guruji, Lata Mam, Ashu Sir, Ankur Sir, Rohit Sir, Amit Sir. You all helped us a lot in this journey. Truly grateful

My experience of the 300 hour Kundalini YTT has been so much more than I could have imagined. I felt inexplicably called to this particular ashram and as the weeks have gone by it's become clear why. Kundalini Yoga Ashram offers a mini sanctuary in a bustling city, with mind-blowingly beautiful views of the Himalayas and the Ganga River. Some of my best moments have been sitting on the balcony watching the birds, the monkeys and the colourful world below. The teachers here are world class and have exceeded any expectations I could have had when it comes to lived experience, knowledge and authenticity. I have pages and pages of notes taken furiously during engaging classes. The food is absolutely delicious and even though I initially thought I would get tired of it, every single meal has been a tasty and nourishing feast. My only comment would be the continuous taking of photos and videos that in my opinion take away from the experience at some points, but they do give students the option to opt out of any photos and as time has gone on I have learnt to accept it. Overall I would highly recommend Kundalini Yoga Ashram for anyone who wants to learn authentic Kundalini yoga from the Himalayan tradition - and is ready to put in the work! I feel grateful and enlightened by the experience. Thank you to all.

It was an amazing experience during the stay at this school. I learnt so many new things from highly knowledgeable different teachers. Each teacher was so kind and had good teaching style. I will highly appreciate the efforts of Guru Haripriya maa, who always pushed out capabilities to the next level. I loved the teaching and healing style of her. Her vibes is so high that I was feeling whenever she is around. The food was good and stay was comfortable and all helping staff are very supportive. If you are planning to learn about energy and kundalini then this is a good place for you. Don't flow with the negative comments that all are fake. Just go for this school. You will find rarely such type of well organised school in Rishikesh. I am thankful to all teachers who shown right path to me. Thank you .

The course was absolutely amazing experience with all the teachers is very clear and expanding, transformative we could say. (200h kundalini YTTC) It's a great base to step up with our SELF, and conduct light around us in that world we live in.
