My stay at the resort was superb. The location is a perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful nature of Kerala and the backwaters away from the crowd. The staff is very polite, always making sure I was comfortable. They also cook very tasty authentic food.
Nice location, calm and quiet area, greener spaces. Tried the heritage rooms and the architecture was great, except that the wood had dusty odor and caused some discomfort sleeping.. Breakfast was a hearty spread, other amenities in the hotel were amazing too
Nice property with lots of greenary. Rooms are also good for people who like heritage ambience. The only issue is with the house lizards which are almost every where across the property including dinning are and the rooms. Food is below avg. and thr SPA is extremely expensive compared to other SPA centres in Kerala.
Absolutely beautiful! The service and facilities are like no other. Lovely pool, spa and some wandering horses. We were also very lucky to meet the owner of this resort who was the highlight of our stay in Kerala, a lovely man. Only wish I could of stayed longer!

A hotel is below average, do not expect more, there is nothing to explore. The whole property is old and little maintained, swimming pool is trash there are tadpoles and not cleaned at all. You can easily found some mosquitos, insects, spiders, lizards around your bedroom walls. Bedroom and bed was well cleaned and bathrooms everything but toilet seat cover looks dirty. Staffs are friendly too. Food was good too. Cheers

We absolutely loved our experience. We booked a 1 bedroom houseboat with A/C in the bedrooms. It was spacious and clean and the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an English toilet (no toilet paper only a water jet so take that if you need it!).

We had this mid-sized boat to ourselves (a group of 4). It was nice mostly sunny day so we enjoyed the view from top. The crew were very friendly and navigated the boat at a nice leisurely pace. My wife even took a short nap in one of the bedrooms.
