I made a purchase of dimond ring on 24/2/2017. There are 22 small diamonds studded in the ring. Two of the corner diamond fell within a year of purchase, but since I don't live in Jamshedpur I didn't get it fixed till I went in May 2023. I got those two missing diamond fixed by paying Rs1800. Now it's not even a month one of those diamond that I got fixed fell down again. They made a larger space in the corner diamond and now it's looking really bad. I'm highly disappointed with the quality and poor service. Note: I'm not a resident of Jamshedpur.
