Staff is well behaved and experienced.
My bikes spare parts were not available but they are able to place an order and get them on time. Also sticker set for my KTM RC.
Whatever I asked they were ready to help .

Though I didn't like the local staff of KTM amalapuram, I am impressed with the swift and professional response of general manager Rama Krishna garu! His well mannered and professional approach to the problem really restored my faith in KTM. More than the return of advance amount I paid, I applaud the way you cared about brand value. Customer reciving was too bad....if any customer visits to show room they must invest huge amount on bike, so minimum explaination they would deserve...
And No test drive available its too worst.. i had travelled 25km to show room for test drive duke 390 but they are saying they are not available due to they washed .....
But owner good at talking .
