Pathetic hotel with even more pathetic service. We booked through bonolota group of travels which is a fraud travels operating in Sikkim and north bengal. We had asked for a couple room which didn't have any window and ventilation whatsoever. The picture present in Google is over glamorous representation. In reality the wooden decor was infested with damp. The bathroom is poorly designed whose door won't open fully to the inside of bathroom. Not properly cleaned. They claimed it has a triple bed but actually it's a double bed. It had unclean bedsheet with mites on it. They even didn't provide towels and toiletries. It is way far from MG marg and one have to take taxi costing 200 to reach the heart of Gangtok. It's is actually located at a secluded place of Gangtok. Overall the experience was horrible even for an overnight stay. Beware guys, don't get fooled by the outwardly decor and dazzling bar present in it.
I am very much satisfied to stay in this hotel... Service ambiance is too good.. food quality is also good.. most important thing is the room view is too good..

Good hill view premium rooms without visit you cannot understand the mountain hill view feeling in this hotel and there food drink service is awesome. Roof top bar n cafe we enjoyed more on the hill views roof top in the m.g marg . I can say very unique property in gangtok
The quality of food is very low, I ordered chicken tandoori but it was uncooked. The price of ice cream is very high and they are forced to review in front of them and provide the rating 5 star.
A very classy nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you. I took at first a tartare, the chicken khabab was excellent. With that I took a glass of the local red wine. Somewhat surprising, it does not taste like anything I have already drunk, but I kinda liked it. Then I took a biryani, pizza with homemade French fries and homemade ketchup (!). No word to say that it was awesome. The service always with a smile and very patient with us. Conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go eat there, do not hesitate !
I had black grapes ice cream roll which tasted very different from the usual icream it is very flavorful and rich creamy texture. Will definitely visit next time
This is one of the worst Hotels in Gangtok. Never Ever in any situation please don't fall in trap of this hotel. Worst hotel, they are fraud. Guys please don't fall into the trap. First they confirm booking of room on goibibo then denied the booking of on reaching hotel goibibo is also supporting them in this fraud,They call people by confirming the booking and then they deny booking ask for double money. Staff is very poor, Dont know how to behave, Worst Service , Worst Infra, Very Pathetic exp with this hotel Please Never Stay in this HOTEL....
