Whenever you go with your problems, staff says "we are busy right now, come back later" They are not cooperative at all. The customer should be your first priority
Very poor service, even a small problem is not solved and it is bolted to open the app in mobile on every thing and if you ask anything, if you open an 811 account, then this will happen. Small customers have no value for them .It was my lousy experience with this branch and bank staff does not respect the Custember to have 0 balance ac in kotak bank. Only respect for reputed saving ac not poor people ,managent focus on their employees instead of sitting on chair.

I wanted to open an account and people working are refusing to even come home and help me. They literally behave as they don't care if you open an account or not. Executive refused to come to my place which was 2 mins away from the location he was visiting and bluntly said you can talk to anyone he won't come. Kindly get back to me.
