I went there for new service connection, pretty fast in processing and arranging the gas cylinder. But they force you to buy gas lighter, hose etc which I find absolutely unnecessary as I already have them. Even you pay the delivery charge, It's your headache to get the cylinder deliver at ur home during first time purchase.

Two consecutive weeks they failed to deliver booked cylinder saying cylinder got over and asked us to go to godown and collect cylinder by ourself.. then why the hell they have delivery system... Pathetic
