Visited the highest tea estate in the world? Stayed at the Kolukkumalai Mountain Hut, the only comfortable stay on the estate, to truly experience staying in the clouds! An ideal place for people who love outdoors and a real experience! From spectacular views, scenic walks, tough treks and a tea plantation experience. sunrise from Kolukkumalai mountain top at the height of 2700 mts and what an amazing view it was. The view on top of the clouds and valley downhill was mesmerizing.

This is best scenic place I have ever seen . Been there for two times . Have to take a 1.5 hrs off road keep drive to reach this place on top where we can see beautiful mountains and lion face rock. After we reach on top small trek of 15 mins we can reach the exact spot . We can spend 15 to 30 mins there max . This time when we went they took to another place where one small food corner was there where they serve Maggi and bread omelette with tea and coffee . In that chill climate it was very nice experience. Again it took 1.5 hrs to come down . Good place for photos and sight seeing . 2500 for jeep and 80 rs for car parking . We can plan for half a day for this location .

One among the best places to go when you visit Munnar. Off-road driving skills of drivers are amazing. The views from the top are spectacular. Will have to go early morning to watch Sunrise.
